Appointment Information

Call ahead:
Services at Genre are by appointment only.  Appointments are made and cancelled by phone only (not email please).  Most appointments can be made within one or two weeks of your phone call.  You may choose to put your name on Genre's cancellation list, and you would be promptly notified should an earlier appointment time become available.

Haircut includes:
A haircut is always a complete service with one price.  It includes consulting, washing and conditioning, the cut, and a dry styling.

Time to allocate for services:
At least one hour or more is allocated for haircuts.  One to two hours are needed for colouring or any other chemical service.

Consultations are always free.
