Appointment Information

Call ahead:
Services at Genre are by appointment only.  Appointments are made and cancelled by phone only (not email please).

Haircut includes:
A haircut is always a complete service with one price.  It includes consulting, washing and conditioning, the cut, and a dry styling.

Time to allocate for services:
At least one hour or more is allocated for haircuts.  One to two hours are needed for colouring or any other chemical service.

Consultations are always free.
